President Moon Jae-in gave a speech on next year's budget plan at the National Assembly today. He emphasized that, starting next year, his administration will push for the Korean-style New Deal worth 160 trillion won and continue to expand investments in future growth engines and social safety nets in order to put the Korean economy back on the right track. He also urged the political circle to no longer delay the launching of the corruption investigation bureau for high-ranking officials.
