Chocolates are a popular gift on special occasions. Making the sweets yourself is one way to give your gift more meaning. Today, we will share some good tasting, simple recipes for making chocolates.

Chocolates in various shapes are so beautiful that they make customers wonder for a second, "Can we really eat them?" But there is another kind of chocolate that has captivated the eyes and taste buds of consumers these days. That is chocolate bark, which is made with high-cacao dark chocolate.

[Soundbite] Prof. Song Tae-hee(Baewha Women's University) : "Rich in the antioxidant polyphenol, dark chocolate helps remove active oxygen. A substance called theobromine boosts concentration and makes people feel happy temporarily."

The first step is to melt dark chocolate and cool it down. Next, warm it up again and spread it evenly. Place various toppings, such as dried fruits or nuts, to add unique flavors to the bitter chocolate. Red beans are also a good match with chocolate. Red chocolate is a good suggestion as a gift for older people. Stir red beans well and brew hydrangea tea, a natural ingredient to add a sweeter taste. Blend red beans with the tea and boil down the mixture with honey and sugar cane to make it thick. Mix dark chocolate with the sweetened red bean. Rich in vitamin B1, which helps boost the body's ability to metabolize sugar, red beans are said to be a good pal with chocolate. Next, let's make ginseng chocolate. Boil fresh cream, ginseng powder and honey together. Mix almonds and dried fruits in the liquid and then leave the mixture in a refrigerator to make it hard. Insert this filling between two sheets of dark chocolate. Here is a plate of ginseng chocolate sandwiches. Next, let's make chocolate with black beans. Melt white and dark chocolate in bowls separately. Pour the melted dark chocolate into a mold.

Mix black bean powder and dried fruits with some of the melted white chocolate and pour it into the mold. Lastly, pour in the remaining white chocolate to complete the black bean chocolate with three flavors. The chocolates have a special meaning as they have been made by hand.
