The web drama "The Sound of Your Heart," starring actor Lee Kwang-soo, has recorded more than 25 million views. The cast of the drama has held an autograph-signing event ahead of drama's premiere as a TV series.

The comic web drama "The Sound of Your Heart," which is based on a popular webtoon, has recorded more than 25 million views on a portal Web site. The feat comes just four weeks after the pilot episode was released. The skyrocketing popularity of "The Sound of Your Heart" is largely ascribed to the passionate acting of its cast, who in many ways resemble the characters in the webtoon, and its funny and creative plot.

[Soundbite] "I have made too many women cry."

[Soundbite] "Because of my charm and my dashing good looks..."

In the production announcement, the production crew of "The Sound of Your Heart" made a pledge to hold a special event if it recorded more than a million views.

[Soundbite] "Can you make a promise?"

[Soundbite] Lee Kwang-soo(Actor) : "We will give away free hugs and our autographs wearing those costumes."

As the pilot episode recorded over one million views just ten hours after its release, the production crew picked 200 fans through random drawing to carry out its promise by holding an autograph-singing event. As had been promised, the cast wore the costumes of their webtoon characters at the event. Kim Dae-myung, who wore a funny outfit, drew the spotlight more than anyone else.

[Soundbite] Kim Dae-myung(Actor) : "Everyone looked as if they wanted to say, 'We had no idea that guy would show up dressed like that.' Everyone gave me hot packs and said how sorry they felt for me."

Thanks to the popularity of the web drama, its TV version will premiere on KBS TV2 on December 9. It has drawn particular attention for featuring Song Joong-ki in a cameo role. The cast of "The Sound of Your Heart" have something to say to the viewers ahead of the series premiere.

All eyes are on whether the TV version of "The Sound of Your Heart" will be as original and moving as the web version. We will find out soon.
