The Korean movie "The Wailing" or "Goksung" is continuing to earn critical praise overseas after creating a sensation in South Korea following its release in May last year. The American review website Rotten Tomatoes announced a list of ten must-see films, which played at 600 U.S. movie theaters or fewer. The "Wailing" ranked tenth on the list, attracting the attention of movie fans. The ranking is meaningful, as Rotten Tomatoes is an aggregator of film reviews offering expert critics' ratings.

"The Wailing" has again proved the power and potential of South Korean movies by winning a positive response and praise both at home and abroad. Hollywood actress Milla Jovovich visited South Korea with her husband, movie director Paul Anderson.

The couple were first spotted on the traditional street of Insa-dong in Seoul.

Even before arriving in South Korea, the actress said that she wanted to visit the Demilitarized Zone. During her stay, Jovovich visited the truce village of Panmunjeom. She is known for her great interest in Korean culture. Her daughter is even learning the Korean martial art taekwondo.

Her Korean fans reciprocated Jovovich's love by giving her a Korean name, "Oh Mi-ra." Hugh Jackman is also known as an actor who likes Korea. He revealed a photo of his daughter and pet dressed in the traditional Korean attire hanbok. Among Hollywood actors, Tom Cruise has made the the greatest number of visits to South Korea. Cruise has made eight trips to South Korea and is always friendly to his Korean fans. As a result, he even has earned the nickname of kind uncle Tom. Anticipation is rising high for more Hollywood stars' visits to South Korea this year.
