After three rounds of questioning, Chung Yoo-ra finally told the prosecution about Samsung's illegal assistance to her equestrian program. The prosecutors have decided to charge her with the concealment of criminal profit and seek an arrest warrant again.

Chung Yoo-ra was arrested in Aalborg, Denmark in January. She told prosecutors that she had moved to Aalborg to ride a high-priced Swedish horse, Vladimir, at a local equestrian center. Together with another expensive horse named Stasia, Vladimir, costing over 2 billion won, was given to Chung by Samsung thorough a false transaction. Chung said that her mother, Choi Soon-sil, gave up two Samsung-owned horses which she had been riding, plus an additional fee to a horse dealer in return for Vladimir and Stasia. She even said that the dealer became irritated when Choi failed to send him the remaining amount in time. The prosecution believes that Chung was actively involved in the illegal dealing between Samsung and her mother and decided to again seek an arrest warrant on charges of hiding criminal profits. This charge was not included in the first warrant request, which was denied on June 3. Chung also talked about possible attempts to cover up the wrongdoing, telling prosecutors that her mother told her to keep quiet about Samsung's aid to her equestrian program. Meanwhile, the prosecution confirmed that one of Choi's closest associates, a personal assistant surnamed Ahn, had frequently sent Chung to aid her flight, 10,000 euros at a time.
