Customer complaints of lost or stolen goods shipped from overseas have increased considerably ahead of Black Friday and other big promotion events in the United States. For the past three years, the Korea Consumer Agency received 72 loss or theft reports of goods delivered from overseas to Korea. Most number of complaints involved goods not arriving at delivery agencies and subsequently failing to be delivered to consumers.
