Reckless tow truck drivers who flippantly violate traffic rules to arrive at the scene of an accident first are a serious problem. Some of them even broadcast their life-threatening rides live on social media.

Three tow cars drive the wrong way on a highway. They stage a nerve-racking race to arrive at the scene of an accident first. Some end up getting into an accident themselves. To ordinary drivers, tow cars are objects of horror.

[Soundbite] Sohn Joo-young(Driver) : "It's terrifying to see speeding tow cars. I'm worried I may get into an accident because of them."

This tow car speeds down the highway at neck-breaking speed, crossing lanes constantly. Terrified, the other drivers slow down and give way.

[Soundbite] "It's 180 kilometers an hour."

Another tow car violates traffic lights one by one. After the terrifying race, which is broadcast live on social media, the two cars arrive at the scene of an accident.

[Soundbite] "One, two? How many?"

The risk of accidents rises even higher because tow car drivers broadcast their races live. The government has decided to cancel the tow car licenses of drivers who are caught for reckless driving more than twice. But such measures are doing little to stop the dangerous races.
