A popular journalist named Lee Sang-ho who raised speculation that the wife of the late pop singer Kim Kwang-seok had him as well as their daughter killed now faces libel charges. The police believe Lee has defamed the widow. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said that it handed the case over to the prosecution with the opinion of indicting the reporter without detention on charges of defamation for raising claims of a possible murder. Lee claimed in a movie he made last year that Kim's wife Seo Hae-Soon had him killed as well as their daughter. The wife then filed charges against the journalist. The police analyzed records and investigated some 30 individuals including the doctor who conducted the autopsy, and reached the conclusion that Lee's claim is false. An official at the police agency said that allegations can be raised but using the expression 'murder suspect' without reasonable and objective evidence to support the claim is considered defamation. Two Korean rock bands will perform together in a joint concert. They include "YB" one of whose members is Yoon Do-hyun and the quartet band "Guckkasten." Guckkasten's management agency said the two bands will hold their first joint concert titled "Montage" on September first and second. The two groups will showcase individual and combined performances. YB is a long running renowned rock band in Korea. Guckkasten's vocalist Ha Hyun-woo is also known for his amazing singing skills. Fans have welcomed the news of their joint concert. They're excited about the synergy the two unique groups will create on stage.
