Spectators are all wearing masks and seated one seat apart. Only 50% of stadium capacity is allowed under social distancing level 1. Starting Thursday, spectator density must be lowered to 30% as the distancing level is raised to 1.5. The number of users in most facilities will be reduced as well. The number of customers in nine facilities belonging to the high-risk group will be limited to one per 4 square meters. Dancing or moving between tables is prohibited in clubs and other entertainment facilities. Direct sales publicity halls have to close at 9 pm. Customers of singing practice rooms cannot consume food inside. After each use, the rooms have to be disinfected and left vacant for 30 minutes. In restaurants and coffee shops larger than 50 square meters, tables must be spaced a meter apart or have partitions set up between them. Capacity for fourteen medium-risk facilities is also limited to one customer per four square meters. Parties of two or more people must sit apart in movie theaters, concert halls or internet cafes. Eating is not allowed in indoor sports facilities. People attending a gathering or event with 500 people or more must wear masks and follow disease prevention rules. Capacity will be limited to under 100 people for assemblies, protests, large concerts, festivals and academic events where people tend to engage in behaviors such as singing or shouting. Only 30% of seating capacity is allowed for religious activities, like worship services, mass, or Buddhist ceremonies. Schools have to reduce their class sizes to two-thirds. National and public sports facilities and museums can accommodate only up to 50% of visitor capacity.
