Korean businesspeople around the world have set out to help foster Korea's future talent. In our next story we take you to an intern recruitment program organized by global Korean businesses.

This youth in her 20s confidently speaks about her ambitions.

[Soundbite] An Seon-joo(Job Seeker) : "Courageous attempts erased my limits. I will continue to take on many more challenges to push my boundaries."

This is the site of a job fair, which has adopted the format of open auditions organized by Korean entrepreneurs based overseas. Applicants seeking jobs abroad have 300 seconds to persuasively promote their strengths, vision and future plans.

[Soundbite] Jeong Byeong-mo(Hired Last Year by Overseas Korean Firm) : "I was able to effectively promote myself in a short time and won a 3 month internship, which helped me land a job abroad."

In selecting recruits, officials from overseas Korean businesses place a strong emphasis on the passion and ambitious spirit of the applicants. 22 were recruited through this job fair in its inaugural installment last year. This year, 49 Korean businesses from 23 countries are taking part with plans to hire 110 employees.

[Soundbite] Song Chang-geun(CEO of Overseas Korean Firm) : "The most pressing and difficult issue at hand for our home country of Korea is youth unemployment. We began this program hoping to serve our homeland."

This intern recruitment program organized by Korean businesspeople from around the world serves as a much needed channel of job creation for Korean youths.
