North Korea's famed Moranbong Band performs on stage with fancy dance moves. HD quality video of their performance was posted on this YouTube account created 3 months ago. The song's title is translated in English. A more recent performance of the band is posted on another YouTube account, also with an English title provided. English subtitles explain North Korean culture and tourist spots. Even the New Year's address by North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has been dubbed in English and posted online.

In an unusual move, North Korean propaganda website uriminzokkiri.com also added English subtitles to an online video calling for an end to South Korea-U.S. military drills. The regime is increasingly stepping up an English propaganda campaign targeting the international community using not only its traditional media outlets but also social media. Pundits believe Pyongyang is focusing on propaganda efforts on all fronts in a bid to restore its fallen image damaged by its continued nuclear provocations and subsequent international sanctions.
